2.  Details of the data processed when using our website

Server log files

If you are only using the website for informational purposes, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. We collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website and to guarantee the stability and security of our website:

Contact form

If you fill out the contact form, the data you enter (address data, email address, message) will be used exclusively for the purpose of contacting you, will be forwarded to our Internet service provider and will be deleted six months after processing your request. The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6 Para. (1) letter (a) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (Your voluntary consent by submitting the form).

Subscribing or unsubscribing for electronic/postal receipt of company information

If you subscribe to receive information about the company or unsubscribe, the data entered by you (name, postal address, email address) will be used for the purpose of sending information material and deleted from the system immediately after you unsubscribe. The data collected will only be used to send the newsletter/print media and to document your consent. The information you provide will be forwarded to the service providers involved in the despatch. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 Para. (1) letter (a) (Consent) of the European General Data Protection Regulation.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ( Google Analytics uses methods such as cookies – text files that are stored on your computer – to allow analysis of the way you use the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there prior to storage. The anonymised IP address transferred from your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not amalgamated with other data by Google. When you access our website (, you have already decided whether or not you expressly agree to its use. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 Para. Google Maps
You have the option of using the licensee network to find one of our official partners for the manufacture and repair of TPS Premium Threads in your vicinity. Subject to your approval, the licensees will be shown to you on a map produced by Google Maps. This will involve transferring your IP address, the date and time of access, the URL accessed and your user behaviour on the map to Google, and we, from our side, will delete this immediately after the transfer. TPS has no influence on any additional data processing. The data generated is transferred to Google Servers in the USA. The level of data protection in this location is lower than it is in the European Union. There is a risk of your data being processed by the US authorities for checking and monitoring purposes without you having any possible right to redress. The legal basis for this transfer is Article 6 Para. 1 letter a (your voluntary consent) of the European General Data Protection Regulation.

Lead Labs (WiredMinds GmbH)

Our website uses counting pixel technology provided by WiredMinds GmbH ( to analyze visitor behavior. In connection with this, the IP address of the visitor is processed. The processing occurs only for the purpose of collecting company based information such as company name, for example. IP addresses of natural persons are excluded from any further processing by means of a whitelist. An IP address is not stored in LeadLab under any circumstances. While processing data, it is our outmost interest to protect the rights of natural persons. Our interest in processing data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. At no time is it possible to draw conclusions from the collected data on an identifiable person. WiredMinds GmbH uses this information to create anonymized usage profiles of the visit behavior on our website. Data obtained during this process is not used to personally identify visitors of our website.
